Terms of Service

Last updated: 6 September 2026

These terms govern your use of Tajir, a B2B discovery and lead-generation marketplace connecting buyers and suppliers in Saudi Arabia. By creating an account you agree to them.

Using Tajir

Tajir helps businesses discover suppliers and contact them directly. We do not hold inventory, process payments, or deliver goods — any transaction happens directly between buyer and seller. Use the platform lawfully and only for genuine business purposes.

Accounts

You sign in with Google via our authentication provider. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account. One business profile is allowed per account during the pilot.

Listings & content

Sellers are responsible for their listings, prices, brands and availability, and must keep them accurate and up to date. We may hide or remove listings, reviews or businesses that are inaccurate, misleading, or violate these terms.

Contact & leads

When you reveal a supplier's number, open WhatsApp, or send an enquiry, your name and contact details are shared with that supplier so they can respond. Do not use contact details for spam, scraping, or any unlawful purpose.

No warranty & liability

Tajir is a connection layer provided "as is". We do not guarantee the quality, legality or delivery of any product, nor the accuracy of any listing, and are not a party to transactions between users. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date; continuing to use Tajir means you accept the current terms.

This is a plain-language summary provided for transparency during the pilot. It is not a substitute for legal advice, and the final terms will be reviewed by counsel before public launch.
